Coverage
An express warranty applies only when stated on the product page, packaging, or written order documentation. It covers the period, components, and remedies described there. Mandatory legal guarantees remain unaffected.
Defects and evaluation
Contact us with the order number, description of the issue, and reasonable supporting photos or video. We may request troubleshooting or inspection when appropriate and safe. Do not continue using a product that appears unsafe.
Possible remedies
Depending on the product, defect, stock, warranty terms, and applicable law, a valid claim may result in repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another lawful remedy.
Exclusions
To the extent permitted by law, coverage does not apply to ordinary wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, improper storage, commercial use of a consumer product, or damage caused by incompatible accessories. Exclusions do not apply when they conflict with mandatory consumer rights.
Manufacturer warranties
Some products include a separate manufacturer warranty. We may help direct the claim, but the stated manufacturer terms may govern its process. This does not remove remedies owed by the seller under applicable law.
