Currency and displayed prices
Prices for customers in Mexico are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless the page clearly states otherwise. Before submission, checkout displays the product price, quantity, shipping charge, discount, and total payable. Applicable taxes are included or disclosed as required.
Accepted payment methods
Only payment methods displayed at checkout are currently accepted. Availability may vary by country, device, order value, and payment provider. Payment credentials are processed through authorized payment-service providers; we do not intentionally store full card numbers or security codes on our website.
Authorization and capture
Submitting an order authorizes the payment provider to validate and process the transaction. An authorization is not final acceptance of the order. We may verify inventory, price, address, and fraud signals before confirming fulfillment.
Failed, declined, or pending payments
A bank or payment provider may decline or delay a transaction. Confirm that billing details, available funds, and authentication steps are correct. Do not repeatedly submit payment if the status is unclear; contact us and your financial institution first.
Promotions and pricing errors
Discounts apply according to their displayed conditions and cannot be combined unless stated. If a material pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you for approval of the correct price or cancel and refund the affected order. We do not substitute a higher charge without consent.
Proof of purchase and invoicing
We provide an electronic order confirmation or commercial receipt. Contact us promptly if you require additional transaction documentation or a tax invoice and provide the legally required billing information within the applicable timeframe.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery, cancellation, duplication, or product concerns. This request does not restrict your right to contact your bank or payment provider.
